**Return Policy:**

At La Bella Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. To ensure your safety and due to the nature of our products — personal care and beauty products — we follow the policy below:

**Return Period:**

Customers have the right to request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition, sealed in its original packaging, and has not been opened or used at all.

**Non-Returnable Products:**

For health and safety reasons, any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a clear manufacturing defect..

**Damaged Products:**

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and attach a photo of the product. We will replace it immediately at no additional cost.

**Shipping Fees:**

In case of a return for a reason not related to a product defect, the customer shall bear the shipping fees.

The amount will be refunded to you after we receive and inspect the product.
